Chiropractic is most renowned in the management of low back-pain, headache and neck-arm pain.

Good nerve communication is central to healthy function. By adjusting the joints of your spine and extremities, chiropractors may assist to relieve nerve interference, reduce pain and restore function.

Chiropractors are by their education and practice experience unique in being the only health care professionals sharing the signature role of specifically locating, analysing and correcting vertebral subluxations for the clear purpose of eliminating interference to the nervous system. Chiropractic is neither an alternative to, nor complementary to medicine.

Subluxations may be caused by as high levels of anxiety, accidents, poor diet, a lack of exercise, and poor posture. Loss of ranges of motion, misalignment and associated nerve interference create what chiropractors refer to as vertebral subluxations.

A surveyed 1,000 new patient questionnaires (please link) indicated our new patients have, on average, eight entrance symptoms. Patients discover if some or all of those symptoms are subluxation related by having a chiropractor locating and adjusting their subluxations.

Patients claim relief from a wide range of apparent subluxation related symptoms, for example:

  • headache or migraine
  • neck pain
  • low back ache or pain
  • chest or abdominal pain
  • shoulder arm wrist and hand problems
  • sciatica
  • leg knee ankle and foot problems.

Anecdotally, less obvious subluxation related symptoms may include;

  • blurred vision
  • poor short term memory
  • tired eyes
  • asthma
  • indigestion
  • heart burn
  • constipation
  • diarrhoea
  • weak bladder
  • dysmenorrhea
  • loss of libido
  • fatigue.

Coincidental to chiropractic care parents may see a reduction in their baby's regurgitation or colic or later on, poor behaviour patterns in childhood.
