A  PROFOUND EVIL

History is replete with examples of a ruling elite imposing great evil on subservient populations.

I seldom have use for the term profound evil. It is abundant in health care, justifying its use.

On a global scale and over time, when a vast number of people unite in conduct that costs the lives of millions of people. that is a profound evil.

When a vast number of people unite on a global scale, in conduct that denies millions of patients access to low-risk care while exposing patients to high-risk care, that is a profound evil.

When a nation’s media shares a mutual silence about “good people” uniting in conduct that endangers the lives of many within a subservient population. that is a profound evil.

When a nation’s media unites in silence about “good people” denying a subservient population the truth about a grievous risk, that is a profound evil.

When a nation’s media unites in conduct that aids the concealment of a major risk to public health, that is a profound evil.

When evildoers unite to form a nations ruling elite, which endangers the subservient population, that is a profound evil.

When the united silence of a nation’s media supports the illusion that evildoers within a nation’s ruling elite are “good people”, that is a dangerous profound evil.

When the “good people” impose laws and regulations that silence dissent, that is a profound evil.
